RSS777 Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and RSS777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing rss777.win, downloading the RSS777 Android app or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of any RSS777 service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Creating or operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method – is a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts linked to the same player will be closed and any accumulated balances forfeited without appeal.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date. RSS777 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age or payment details. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in access restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

Your account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. RSS777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

Your RSS777 account is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The currency setting cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, bonuses, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

RSS777 supports the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and Pakistani debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion at any stage.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. RSS777 does not charge deposit fees from its side; your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal request is approved:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance.

4.4 Declined Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% welcome match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to the maximum stated on the Promotions page at the time of registration. Players who make their first deposit via the RSS777 Android app receive an additional 10% on top of the standard welcome match.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the Promotions page alongside each offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets, slots, live casino and bingo games may each carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution rates are listed on the Promotions page. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active does not contribute to wagering and may result in the bonus being voided.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

RSS777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation, placing bets that hedge or guarantee a risk-free outcome using bonus funds, and systematically placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus cancelled, their account reviewed and potentially suspended.

5.5 Reload and VIP Bonuses

The Monday Reload Bonus, VIP reload offers and any other periodic promotions are subject to their own specific terms as displayed on the Promotions page at the time of each offer. RSS777 reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time of placement. RSS777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

For cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, specific rules apply to interruptions, rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments and abandoned matches. These rules are displayed within the relevant market on the platform and apply to all affected bets.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of RSS777. Odds during live betting may be suspended at any time to reflect match events. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet ID is generated and displayed in your bet history. Bets that do not receive a confirmation ID are not valid.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots on RSS777 use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player outside of normal game mechanics. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytables are accessible within each game.

6.4 Bingo

Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Ticket prices, prize pools and game rules are displayed before each game begins. RSS777 is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from participating in a scheduled bingo draw after tickets have been purchased. Purchased bingo tickets remain valid and will be entered into the draw regardless of whether the player is connected during the game.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the RSS777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of corruption relating to events listed on the platform.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for public use, or interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing RSS777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any RSS777 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of RSS777 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

11. Limitation of Liability

RSS777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures.
• Connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data or internet outages.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from bets placed in error by the player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RSS777's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Suspension by RSS777

RSS777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.
• The account is subject to a legal hold, dispute or regulatory inquiry.
• The player has made a self-exclusion request.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

In most cases, you will be notified of a suspension and given an opportunity to respond. Where fraud or serious misconduct is suspected, accounts may be suspended immediately without prior notice.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting RSS777 support. Before closure is completed, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the Deposit section. RSS777 will notify you via your registered email address before any fee is applied.

13. Amendments to These Terms

RSS777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or through a notice displayed on the platform.
